Refund and Cancellation Policy

One-time purchases
Vastu plans and add-ons are one-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Home and question credits never expire.
All sales are final
Reports, PDFs and report questions are delivered as soon as a payment succeeds, so we do not offer refunds or cancellations after payment. Deleting a home does not return its credit.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails but money leaves your account, your bank or payment provider returns it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If you were charged twice for one order, write to us with the order ID from your payment email and we will return the duplicate charge.
